Vibrating feeder principle

Vibrator eccentric block rotation produces centrifugal force to make movable parts such as sieve compartment and vibrators, which compulsively do continuous circular or near-round movement. The vibrating feeder is composed by feed trough, exciter, spring bearing, gear, etc. The source of feed trough vibrating is vibration exciter, which is composite of two eccentric shafts (driving and driven) and the gear pair. Motor drives driving shaft through V-belt, and gear on driving shaft engages driven shaft rotation, then driving shaft and driven shaft simultaneously do contrarotation, which makes the tank vibrate, so that the material continuously flow and achieve the purpose of transporting materials.
