High frequency ore screen

High frequency ore screen is used for a variety of ores dry and wet screening, grading, grinding, and in the classification process of dehydration and processing plant in the fine grading projects, it can greatly reduce the particle content of the circulating load , enhance qualified rate  of coarse mineral particles, delaminate the effective concentrate grade adversely and thus improve the processing capacity of the mill.

Compared with the general screening equipment, high frequency screen is characterized by the high frequency, which is accelerating a large density of useful minerals and segregations, destruction of the pulp surface tension, and fine material oscillation will be reduced so that the material is smaller than the separation granularity, and the products will be discharged through the screen. The  materials will be stratified by density, the high density  are small particles and are  easy sedimentation, whereby the structure and principle can help to improve the grade of minus-sieve. There are a variety of high frequency screens, they are of high screening efficiency and has a processing capacity. The high frequency screen is composed by the exciter, screen frame, rack, pulp distributor and screen components.
