The application of the Raymond mill

The main structure of the raymond mill
Raymond mill is chiefly composed of mainframe, analyzer, blower, finished cyclone separator, plumbing installation and motor etc. And the mainframe consists of rack, air inlet volute, blade, roll grinding, grinding central, shell and motor. The auxiliary equipments involves jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and control cabinet. Customers are able to choose flexibly according to the real situation.

The working principle of the Raymond mill
After that the block raw materials have been crushed to the demanded feeding size by the raymond mill, the bucket elevator conveys the materials to the storage bin, then transmit evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder to the mainframe’s chamber. Materials in the chamber are shoveled up by the blade and thenenter the room between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for crushing. The blower blows the air from the shunt plate to the grinding room, blows the powder into the analysis room. Through the speed motor and drived by the transmission to separate, big size particles are sent backe to the grinding room for another grinding, and the qualified blade system plays a quite important role. The blade lies in the lower part of the grinding roller, litter layer forms when the blade rotates with the grinding roller together to shovel up the materials into the space between the grinding roller and grinding ring. This layer achieves its powder-making purpose to crush materials with the help of the outward pressure produced by the grinding roller’s rotation.
