Structure design of Singly-rotor impact crusher
Stone materials are sent into feeder, which installed screen along feeding direction to prevent stone from flying out of feeder. Then the stone materials fall on bar screen, small size materials fall through the grate gap. While big size stone slides on rotor along with screen surface. We installed flat hammers on a certain level around rotor. The materials falling on high speed rotor get huge impact force by flat hammers, and then materials bound onto rotor. Thus, stone will be broken with impact force and bound force. Bar screen, rotor, impact board and screen form the first impact space, and the space between impact board and rotor form the second impact space. Materials will pass through the first and second impact space successively. And finally finished products fall out of discharging opening. One end of impact board is hung on casing with activity chain, and the other end is fixed with adjuster bolt. When big size stone or some especially hard materials blogged in the gap between rotor and impact board, the impact board will move backward to increase the gap, so that hard materials can get through, thus prevent rotor from being damaged. And then impact board will go back to previous place under deadweight. That is crusher's protection device.
