Chute feeder, also known as reciprocating or vibrating feeding machine, it is one of earlier feeding equipment with many types and specifications. Chute feeder technical characteristics

1.It can be fixed on the ground or hang from the discharge port.

2.The baseboard will make reciprocal motion. The frequency is 20-60 times/min. the stroke is 20-200mm. the stroke can be adjusted by changing eccentric wheel. The eccentricity is half of the stroke.

3.According to the actual production practice, the eccentricity should not be less than 30mm when feeding cohesive ores. The width of feeding tank should be 2-2.5 times of the size of the maximum particle.

4.The largest chute feeder could meet the requirements of iron ore with granularity less than 500mm. The most common specification is 980*1240 feeder, the feeding size is 350-0mm, and it is especially suitable for 400*600 jaw crusher.
