Electromagnetic vibrating feeder working principle
Bucket electromagnetic vibration feeder contains hopper, main vibration spring, solenoid coil, armature, pallets, damping spring and the base. Its working principle: the pulse electromagnetic force between the core and armature drives the main vibration spring do obliquely downward movement along the circumferential tangent direction, while the main vibration spring stores potential energy. When the magnetic force disappears, the main vibration springs releases energy, so that the hopper does the obliquely upward movement in a tangential direction. So repeatedly, the hopper constantly along the main vibration spring tangential direction makes the reciprocating motion in order to correspond to the hopper for a combination of vibration of the vertical and torsional vibrations. Due to changes in friction between the material and the hopper, clutter stacked materials in the hopper along the surrounding spiral slide raise up.
