     The installation of the roller crusher in the grinding system can increase production and  reduce the overall energy consumption and improve the production capacity. With simple structure, it is convenient to use and  maintain  the roll crusher, and the sizes of the discharged products can be adjusted. The dust shield within the crusher can prevent the grinded materials from splashing, and the noise is lowered. 

The gap between the rollers can be adjusted according to the specific sizes of the materials taht needed to be crushed within a range. Appropriate products are discharged from the bottom of the crushing space after adjusting the gap. Low speed revolution and high pressure are the working principles of the roller crusher, and the intense pressure from the rollers extrudes the materials in the crushing space. 

There are some notes need to be paid attention to according to the characteristics of the  double roller crusher. Iron removing equipments should be fixed before the roller crusher to prevent non crushing cavity dropping into the rollers and destroying the crusher. large  chunks of materials ,  which will be squeezed out from the crusher. It may  cause damage to the equipments or hurt people. The surface of the rollers will be abraded after being used for a long period, the regular examination and maintenance are necessary.
