Hydraulic system

This type cone crusher makes use of hydraulic system to adjust discharge size, so that to ensure safe operation. When foreign matter went into crushing chamber, hydraulic system is able to make cone drawback automatically. And when foreign matter discharged out of crusher, cone returns to work again automatically. 

Crushing cavity

Crushing cavity means a geometric space between fixed cone and mobile cone. The shape of crushing cave has a great impact on cone crusher performance. So, it is the main technology index. From coarse crushing to fine crushing, this type cone crusher is designed with four kinds of specified crushing cavity. They have six kinds of probable groups, which mean that it is qualified to special requirements. 

Reliable sealing

Instead of traditional water sealing, labyrinth sealing can prevent dust and impurities entering into cone crusher body. It ensures lubrication oil clean, prolongs service life of slide bearing and pushing ball bearing. So, the machine runs more reliable. 

Convenient replacement

In the past, it is very slow to replace crushing wall. While, this new designed cone crusher makes it easy to replace crushing wall. Because it equipped with clip shoot at upper crushing wall, which is supported and fixed with bolt. And lower crushing wall is fixed with hydraulic bolts. It doesn't need any filling materials, so the replacement is easier and it reduces labour force.
