Concentrator table is  beneficiation equipment for selecting fine materials by gravity, and it can be divided into sand beneficiation concentrator table, slime beneficiation concentrator table, FRP concentrator table, 6-S concentrator table and  LS concentrator table. 

Classification: According to the installation, it can be divided into located type and suspension type; according to the waste surface layers, it can be divided into monolayer concentrator table and multi-layer concentrator table; according to processing raw materials, it can be divided into ore-dressing concentrator table and coal dressing concentrator table; according to the processing granularity, it can be divided into sand placer (0.2 mm) concentrator table and slime (0.2 mm) concentrator table. The sand placer concentrator table can be further divided into coarse sand (2-0.5 mm) concentrator table.

Usage

Shaking concentrator can be used to select coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and slime (-0.074) in roughing process, concentration process and scavenger process; it also can be used to select iron, manganese ore and coal. When dealing with tungsten or tin, its effective recycling granularity range is 2-0.22 mm.

1. What is the difference between constant temperature concentrator table and full temperature concentrator table? 

The general temperature range of constant temperature concentrator table is about 5℃to 65℃ and fluctuates with the room temperature. The general temperature range of full temperature is 5℃~ 50℃with a refrigerator to keep your temperature constant.

2. What should be noticed when selecting and installing shaking concentrator?

We should select shaker according to the ore particle size, the handling capacity and factory area. Choose coarse sand shaker if particle size is greater than 0.2MM, choose fine sand shaker if particle size is between 0.2-0.074MM and choose slime shaker if particle size is less than 0.074 MM. The finer of the particle size is, the lower of processing capacity will be. 

3. How to install shaking concentrator?

Shaker should be smoothly installed. There should not be abnormal beating. When dealing with coarse-grained raw materials, crude ore segment should incline higher  0.5 degrees to improve the selecting effect, and when process fine sand, the ore segment inclination should be less than 0.5 degree.
