2.The lubrication condition of each lubrication point and the oil level should be examined every four hours. 

3.The temperature rise of the lubrication oil of the main shaft should not exceed 55℃ when the mill is operating. 

4.During the normal operation of the mill, the temperature of the transmission bearing as well as the reducer should not exceed 55℃ and the maximal temperature ought to be below 60℃. 

5.Big and small gears transmit steadily without abnormal noise. Adjustment of the internal should be prompt when necessary. 

6.The ball mill operates stably without strong vibration. 

7.No abnormal fluctuation happens to the motor current.

16.Replace the small gear when there’s severe abrasion.

17.Weld the spiral of the feed and discharge immediately when it abrades and replace it when there’s no way for welding.

18.Repair the anchor bolt when it starts or gets damaged.
