materials→drying→grinding→ore concentration→cement 

In the whole cement production line, drying and grinding operation are the most important two processes.

    I would like to introduce you the main process, grinding. The main equipment used in this process is cement ball mill, for short, it is cement mill. Cement milling products are mainly used for grinding of cement finished products and raw materials, it is also used in mining enterprises and grinding ore materials in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industry. Cement mill can be used for open-circuit grinding, but also applies to circular ring flow that is composed of the powder grinding machine. Cement mill is distinctive for strong material adaptability, and it is able to make continuous production with big crushing ratio, easy to adjust the speed of the grinding fineness and so on. It is available to both drying and wet production, which can also be done with drying and grinding operations at the same time. After drying process, the raw materials, treated by cement mill, become cement raw materials. And then one of the key cement machinery products is to be used in cement rotary kilns. As we all know, after the cement grinding, the cement is raw, that is, after mixing with water, cement is cement, and water is still water. We cannot mix the two together, so we will treat raw cement with cement rotary kiln to get the cement of semi-finished products.

Why did we say it semi-finished products? Because that not  more than 100% of the raw materials are grinded into powder. We will screen and select the semi-finished cement that just out of rotary kiln. The materials that are not grinded into powder will be sent back to production line for grinding.

Therefore, cement production comes to an end. Without doubt, the conveyor is necessary in the whole production line. Conveyor is used everywhere when raw materials enter the dryer, from dryer enter the cement mill, and enter the cement rotary kiln after out of cement mill.
